Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient should be in good health patient with hopeless and non restorable tooth patient should have desire to have a second stage implant restoration patient should be available for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: all patients other than those included will be excluded from the study for example smokers, pregnant or lactating women, patient with compromised health etc
