Intervention1: Poly herbal antifungal ear drop: 2 drops TID for 7 days Control Intervention1: Candibiotic plus ear drop: 2 drops TID for 7 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having the clinical features of karnakandu (otomycosis). 2 Patients aged between 7-70 years of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with unsafe CSOM. 2 Karnakandu due to any skin diseases. 3 Patients with systemic diseases like DM, HTN, or any other major systemic illness that needs long treatment duration.
