Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronicity less than 5 years with classical sign and symptoms of tamaka shwasa according to ayurveda

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients age below 20 years and abobve 65 years All other varieties of Shwasa except Tamaka shwasa Patients with severity of more than 2 attacks per day will be excluded Patients suffering from Emphysema Tuberculosis Infection congestive cardiac failure Cor- pulmonale Acute or severe exacerbation Cardiac asthama Pregnant and lactating mothers any malignancy and Very chronic and serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded PEF
