Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with covid-19 positive by RT-PCR with diabetes mellitus. 2. Age of 18-65 years, of either sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obesity (BMI >30). 2. Patients with renal, hepatic or other systemic disease. 3. Patients with diagnosed coronary artery disease. 4. Patients with other acute medical or surgical condition. 5. Covid-19 positive patients admitted in intensive care units. 6. Covid-19 positive patients with shock, ARDS, MODS.
