Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 – 40 yrs Primigravida and multigravida Pregnant ladies fulfilling any one/two or more conditions as mentioned below will also be selected for the study- Elderly primi Pregnancy after infertility H/o threatened abortion H/o habitual abortion Previous history of PIH, Pre-eclampsia Previous history of preterm delivery Previous history of IUGR, IUFD Previous Bad Obstetric History (BOH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies 40 yrs Hb level Pregnancy with uterine malformation & congenital defect of uterus Multiple pregnancy Pregnancy with uterine fibroid & carcinoma Pregnancy with cardio vascular disorders If the patient develops GDM, Severe PET, Eclampsia If the patients wants to discontinue
