Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthcare professionals in the age group of 20-45 years will be considered. Informed consent will be obtained from all participants at the beginning.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Chronic medical condition o Subjects already doing regular yoga o Psychiatric disorders or substance use disorders

Expected outcome: 1.Improvement in DASS-21 Scores 2.Improvement in PSS scores 3.Meditative changes in absolute and relative power for different EEG frequency bands. 4.Improvement in Autonomic function test parameters 5.Subjective feeling of calmness and wellbeing. Timepoint: Baseline, three weeks from start of intervention, six weeks from start of intervention, one month after completion of intervention
