Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Males and Females Age Group - 25 - 50 years Subjects working in Administrative Department or IT Departments of any company or Hospitals. Subjects with Forward Head Posture i.e., Cranio-Vertebral Angle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any respiratory co-morbidities e.g., Bronchial Asthma or COPD. History of trauma or surgery to the thorax or spine.
