Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children (less than 18 years) with hematological malignancy and FN (either post chemotherapy or after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation), who shows any abnormality on CECT scan; will be recruited after obtaining informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Solid malignancies after chemotherapy having neutropenia 2. Other causes of neutropenia 3. Patients who refused to give consent 4. Patients with impaired renal function (Serum Creatinine > 1.3 mg%) 5. Patients with a normal CECT scan
