Inclusion criteria: All consenting medicine post graduate residents pursuing MD/ DIPLOMA/DNB in the field of General medicine, anesthesia, peadiatric medicine will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All non consenting residents, CPS residents , superspeciality residents and other branch residents are excluded from the study
