Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 18-60 years belonging to ASA Physical status I and II. Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedure of hand, wrist and forearm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. ASA III and IV. Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease. Bleeding disorders. Local infection at the needle insertion site. Body mass index >= 40 kg/m2. History of seizures. Patient allergic to local anaesthetics and study drugs. Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy Peripheral vascular disease Neurovascular injury to upper limb
