Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having signs and symptoms of Timir ( Pratham and Dwitiya patalgat Timir ) i.e. Refractive errors and Presbyopia will be included. 2. Patient having age Groups 07yrs - 50 Years will be included of either gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having sign and symptoms of Tritiya and Chaturtha patalgat Timir , i.e. Kacha, Lingnash will be excluded. 2. Patient having diseases of Cornea,Cilliary Muscles ,Choroid, Vitreous, and Retinal diseases will be excluded.. 3. Patient having diseases ,Glaucoma,Cataract,any other Ocular deformity etc. will be excluded. 4. The patients who are contraindicated for Anjana and Nasya will be excluded. 5. Patients having systemic diseases like Tuberculosis,Hansenâ??s diseases,Diabetes mellitus, Endocrine disorders,any Major Systemic illness etc will be excluded.

Will come to know that the 30 days of either Nasya Karma or Anjana Karma or Nasya and Anjana Karma is effective in Timir RogaTimepoint: After 1 year i.e March 2022 we will be able to consider the most effective treatment in Timir Roga with reference to Anjana Karma, Nasya Karma and combined effect of Anjana with Nasya Karma
