Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 years- 70 years Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >= 30kg/m2 Any previous neck surgery Swelling or deformity of neck Previous internal jugular vein catheterisation Pregnancy Cardiac disease (like congestive cardiac failure, valvular heart disease, pulmonary hypertension) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Increased intracranial pressure Cervical spine deformity Chronic Kidney Disease
