Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age more than 16 years, diagnosed with malignancy of the head and neck region planned for radiotherapy -Radiation fields involving the olfactory cleft -No prior radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients 16 years or below -Malignancy involving the olfactory cleft and anterior skull base -Nasal cavity tumors
