Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy,nephroureterectomy,pyeloplasty,vesico vaginal fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not give consent for the study. 2.Patients suffering bronchial asthma,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,severe coronary insufficiency,recent myocardial infarction and adrenal tumors.
