Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Sthaulya according to Ayurveda classical texts. B.M.I between 25-40. Gender- Both female and male. Snehana Swedana and Udvartana Arha patients. Age group- 20-50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women. Patient with any specific systemic disorder causing Sthaulya.

To compare the effect of Snehana Swedana and Snehana Swedana along with Triphala Churna Udvartana in management of Sthaulya in 7 days.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 7 days. patient will be assessed at 3,5,7 day.
