Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex between the age of 20 to 70 years suffering from Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease grade I & II or Diagnosed cases of NAFLD grade I & II reporting to general OPD of Tibbia Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having h/o Cardiovascular disease and patients with uncontrolled HTN (BP BEING PERSISTENTLY ABOVE, SYSTOLIC -140mmHg, DIASTOLIC -90mmHg despite medication). 2.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes and those who are on insulin therepy. 3.Pregnant and lactating patients. 4.Patients with any communicable disease like TB, Varicella zoster etc.
