Intervention1: Sacral Erector Spinae Plane Block.: 20ml of 0.2% ropivacaine with 4mg of dexamethasone on each side will be given under ultrasound guidance. Control Intervention1: Sacral Erector Spinae

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing patients. Patients posted for perianal surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of drug abuse. Any suffering from chronic pain. Infection at site of block. Allergic history to opioids or local anaesthetics.

Postoperative opioid requirement between the groups.Timepoint: For first 24hours.
