Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with cover-19 admitted to our COVID Intensive care ICU will be enrolled prospectively with following inclusion criteria- Patients infected with COVID-19 (confirmed) Critically ill patients needing ICU care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Patient less than 18 years of age � Loss on follow up

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To find incidence and clinical spectrum of digestive symptoms in patients with Severe and Critical COVID-19 who need intensive care.Timepoint: at Baseline on intensive care admission.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome was to compare the digestive versus non-digestive group with respect to following parameters: 1. At admission- Demographics, co-morbidities, clinical presentation, vitals, laboratory parameters, duration between symptom onset and admission, severity of illness. 2. Course of illness- need for Noninvasive, invasive ventilation, complications or new organ failure 3. Primary outcome of mortality and association with disease time course as defined earlier. Timepoint: Will be assessed at 8 weeksdischarge from hospital or day of mortality.
