Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-60 yrs. 2. ASA 1 and 2 3. Unilateral lower limb surgeries 4. Patients undergoing elective surgeries of less than 2 hours. 5. Consent to procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Patient refusal 2. Coagulopathy 3. Infection at site of injection 4. Allergy to intrathecal drugs used. 5. Height less than 152.4cm and more than 182.8cm 6. Pregnancy.
