Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of acne scars . 2. Patients with age 18 years and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with active acne lesions 2. Pregnant and breastfeeding women. 3. Patients on anticoagulant therapy. 4. Patients with active herpes, HIV, Hep B, Hep C infection. 5. Patient with history of keloids. 6. Patient with haemoglobin less than10 mg /dl , platelet count less than 1lakh /cm3
