Intervention1: Experimental Group (heel lifts with exercise): with the us eof heel lifts inserted in the shoes the following conventional exercises will be done- - Eccentric exercises - Heavy-slow

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - tenderness at the site of the patella tendon. - pain while performing a single leg decline test in a 25 degree decline board. - a VISA-P score of 80 or lower. - a pressure pain threshold of 30N, through pressure algometry. - participants wiling to perform in the study and sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any previous history of hip surgeries or traumatic hip injuries - orthopaedic disorders like ligament laxity at the knee joint or any arthritic conditions - recent history of ankle sprain or ligament/muscle tear - no history of trauma or inciting event at the knee joint - no history of neurological conditions - no use of analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 24 hours before algometry test
