Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years of age with moderate to severe Chronic Plaque Psoriasis (CPP) involving Body Surface Area (BSA) of >= 10% or a psoriasis area severity index (PASI) of >=10. 2. Patients willing to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years of age. 2. Erythrodermic / Pustular Psoriasis / Guttate Psoriasis. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Patients with previous intolerance to photochemotherapy or those with photosensitivity or photo aggravated Psoriasis. 5. Patients with renal, hepatic or severe cardiac comorbidities. 6. Patients with personal or family history of premalignant and malignant skin tumours. 7. Patients who are unsure of complying with the treatment protocol. 8. Those who do not have a suitable place for sun exposure. 9. Those who had received systemic therapy for psoriasis in previous eight weeks.
