Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 full-term parturients posted for elective cesarean sections under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindications to spinal Gestational Hypertension Placenta Previa Twins pregnancy pt wt 100 kgs HT Cardiopulmonary disease, autonomic neuropathy, spinal deformities coagulation abnormality, fetal distress
