Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Middle age adolescence who are studying in higher secondary schools aged between 15-17 years at Arakonam. 2 Middle age adolescence who are willing to participate in the study 3 Able to understand English and Tamil 4 Both genders are included in the study 5 BMI above 50th percentile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Middle age adolescence who are sick 2 Middle age adolescence who are practicing in weight management 3 Middle age adolescence whose sibling or relatives studying in other schools will be selected for the study 4 Middle age adolescence who is below 50th percentile or underweight
