Intervention1: Diclofenac Transdermal patch: 100mg diclofenac Transdermal patch to be used 12 hourly for 48 hours, patch will be attached on inner aspect of left arm. Intervention2: Diclofenac Rectal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as case of chronic cholecystitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years and more than 65 years,Acute cholecystitis, renal and hepatic disorder, substance abuse, pregnant and lactating women, allergic to drugs used in trial, patients of cardiovascular disorders, patients of peptic ulcer, Gastritis, copd , asthma
