Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1,2,3 NYHA 0,1,2 scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia undergoing laparoscopic urological surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with difficult airway, pre-existing severe GI pathology, pre-existing UTI

Comparative evaluation of postoperative complications-glottic edema,blood loss,GI(ileus and constipation), infections (UTI by leucocytosis and urine analysis) and renal dysfunction ( serum creatinine).Timepoint: 60 weeks—
