Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of stiff claw hand deformity associated with leprosy Informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any upper limb nerve palsy Complicated claw Any history of upper limb nerve or tendon injury Any chronic debilitating condition such as cancer, liver, heart or kidney disease
