Intervention1: Superficial Cervical Plexus Block: 5ml of 2% lignocaine+ 4 mg dexamethasone will be injected once, through the 20 G needle at the end of surgery before reversing the patient from genera

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status 1 and 2 2.Patients who can read Hindi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic disease belonging to ASA physical status >2 2.Patients having allergy or contraindication to drug used in present study. 3.Patients having history of substance abuse 4.Patients not able to understand VAS score 5.Pregnant and lactating mother
