Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women will be followed in the OPD coming under ante natal care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases will not be taken below the age group of 18 years and above the age of 40 years. 2. Patient present with pre-history of chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, renal disorders, tuberculosis etc. 3. Genetical malformations of uterus 4. Twin pregnancy

To establish the correlation of location and size of garbhashaya acoording to masanumasik garbha vriddhi under the light of modern medical science.Timepoint: 1. Pregnant women will be assessed from when she will comes under ante natal care through per abdominal examination (fundal height, foetal heart rate etc). 2. USG in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester

According to ayurvedic concept the location of garbhashaya reaches up to the chest in prajayini and asanna prasawa lakshana so establish such relationship.Timepoint: Pregnant women will be assessed at 30-40weeks of pregnancy
