Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age 6 to 60 yrs and known case of Thalassaemia will be preffered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of HIV HBV Hepatic failure Haemorrahgic disorders pregnant women aby surgical intervention like splectomy and patients having lakshanas of ojakshay but not having Thalassaemia will be excluded
