Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with non-specific low back pain with age group 20- 50Years, Low back pain more than 12 weeks, Both male and female, Person who can read and understand English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with disc herniation, Patients diagnosed spondylolisthesis, Patients diagnosed lumbar stenosis, Patients diagnosed with Neurological disorders, Patients who underwent any surgical procedures to low back, abdomen and lower limb in last 6 months, Patients with Uncontrolled Diabetes, Patients with Uncontrolled Cardio- respiratory conditions, Pregnancy, Patients diagonosed with pelvic inflammatory disorders, PCOD
