Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting signs and symptoms of Katishoola as mentioned in classical literature 2.Patients fit for Snehana and Swewdana in Group A 3.Patients fit for IFT in Group B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-mechanical causes of back pain( e.g. systemic/ visceral disease, pregnancy, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, cancer, vertebral fracture) 2.Traumatic and congenital deformities condition of the spine 3.Any surgical condition 4.Skin diseases
