Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : COVID 19 survivors within 6 months of COVID-19 infection, those able to communicate via a telephone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: impaired mobility due to musculoskeletal and neurological impairments before the pandemic (information would be retrieved from medical records and telephone calls), those unable to comprehend English, unwilling to participate in the study
