Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with age group 20-60 years 2. MRI findings with lumbar canal spinal stenosis 3. Pain in lumbopelvic region and in lower extremities 4. Individuals diagnosed with lumbar canal spinal stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous lumbar spinal surgery, Recent surgical cases 2. H/O spinal tumors, infections, lumbar vertebra fracture 3. Structural stenosis 4. Non cooperative individuals 5. Pregnancy •Individuals with severe vascular, pulmonary or coronary artery diseases •Individuals with Psychological disorders
