Intervention1: Dried flower of Ustukhuddus (Lavendula stoechas): Dried flower of ustukhuddus will be powdered and tablet (each 1gm) will be made and 2 tablet BD orally will be given for 12 weeks. Cont

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in the age group of 45-60 years having amenorrhoea of at least 1 year presenting with menopausal symptoms of hot flashes sleeplessness anxiety depression etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/o hormonal treatment or any other medications to relieve menopausal symptoms within the last 2 months H/o malignancy or undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding H/o systemic and endocrinal diseases H/o hysterectomy oophorectomy H/o smoking and alcohol consumption
