Interventions

Intervention1: bala tail & changeri ghirta: bala tail will be given as basti 1ml/kg once a day for 15 days and then repeated after a gap of 6 days for 2 months and changeri ghirta will be given orally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.children of either gender,1.5-5 year of age diagnosed to have rectal prolapse. 2.frequent diarrohea and constipation. 3.recurrent prolapse 4.chronic straining

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children having complete prolapse. ï?· Children above 5 year age. 1. Children with severe systemic illness. 2.Previous history of surgery on pelvic floor, Neurological diseases like neural 3.tube defects and congenital megacolon, rectal polyps were the exclusion criteria

the research drug is expected to be beneficial for improving symptoms of rectal prolapse like pravahna, vibhanda,atisara, bleeding per anus, pain in abdomen & other symptoms to manage the disease at medicinal level,for improving qualuity of life& prevent from detrimentals of the surgery.Timepoint: 8 weeks

MeasureTime frame
the trial drug strengthen the musculature of anal region, nourishes the body and releives the vataj symptoms like pain, dryness,constipation,etc.Timepoint: 4 weeks
