Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PATIENTS UNDERGOING LOWER SEGMENT CAESARIAN SECTIONS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to participate in the study 2. Infection at the block site. 3. Neurological deficit in lower limbs. 4. Altered coagulation status
