Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients consenting for the study Patients of ASA grade I & II. Elective oncological surgery under general anesthesia. Patients with only one attempt of intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give informed consent History of difficult intubation Any contra-indication to the use of nitrous oxide. Limited neck movement and neck pain Any alteration in nitrous concentration during surgery (signs of bronchospasm) Tracheostomized patients Anticipated difficult airway
