Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20 -40 years Gender Both male and female Pain from last one week Palpable tender spots in the upper trapezius muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of refereed pain due to cervical pathology Fracture or healing fracture over neck and upper back region Dermatitis over the upper back Clotting disorder Wound over neck Shoulder pathology Degenerative cervical spine
