Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body mass index 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 Systolic blood pressure 120 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure less than 80 mmHg Patients with stage II grade B (0.5-1mm) periodontitis with probing depth of 10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of any systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, kidney disease, etc History of any usage of antibacterial mouthwash for the last 6 weeks Pregnant and lactating females Patient with history of current smoking.
