Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes who indulge in a minimum of 4 hours of workout per day, 6 days a week. Minimum age limit is set as 16 years because the complete formation of bodily tissues occurs by this age; while the maximum is 30 years corresponding to the average career age of a professional athlete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from any major illness/injury/disability. Specifically, Muscular Disorders.

To use the Mamsa Sara questionnaire in addition or as an alternative to segmental body composition analysis for delivering a comprehensive fitness assessment to athletes.Timepoint: 3 months

To provide guidelines on the type of game, type of workout, nutrition, muscle conditioning and any medical intervention suitable for each individual athlete.Timepoint: 3 months
