Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Cases of Class II division 1 or Bimaxillary Protrusion requiring bilateral maxillary first premolar extraction. b) Erupted permanent canines, premolars and first molars. c) Healthy periodontal conditions with good level of oral hygiene. d) Positive inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Non-compliant patient with inability to maintain proper oral hygiene. b) H/o any drug intake/systemic illness affecting bone metabolism. c) Previous orthodontic treatment d) Not willing for informed consent
