Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Male and female undergraduate nursing students in the age group of 17-48 years o Undergraduate nursing students having clinical experience with paediatric clients o Willing to participate in the research study and attend all sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Undergraduate nursing students exposed to any other emotional intelligence training programme
