Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia. Aged above 18 -65 years of either sex. ASA Physical Status I and II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any contraindications for spinal anaesthesia. BMI >30kg/m2. Pregnant women Emergency surgeries Autonomic neuropathy
