Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Limitation of SLR test angle 300-700 due to pain, Unilateral or bilateral radiation of pain in the sciatica nerve distribution, Patient is fit for Basti treatment, Patient assigns Inform consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture, Evidence of IHD, tuberculosis, Clinical condition such as hyper sensitive skin, cardiac pacemaker, pregnancy, Established tumors/malignancy, Motor weakness such as stroke, diabetic neuropathy, Patients having back pain due to non-spinal illness will excluded e.g. UTI, gastrointestinal diseases, and uterine disease, Lumber disc prolapse & Osteoporosis
