Inclusion criteria: Children less than 5 years of age presenting with fever > 100 F and coryza Duration of symptoms less than or equal to 7 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of immunodeficiency states, orofacial or nasal malformations Respiratory distress Known history of epistaxis Known case of bleeding diathesis
