Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with low vitamin B12 levels <200pg/ml
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with age 17 year Patient with a history of allergic reaction to vitamin B12 Patient receiving vitamin b12 supplementation Patient who fail to give consent
