Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Requirement of extraction of maxillary primary tooth, Frankl behavior rating of III or IV (positive or definitely positive), absence of inflammation or infection in PDL of tooth to be extracted and no history of allergy to local anesthetic solutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with any medical condition considered to affect child safety or the quality of the study will be excluded.
