Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-traumatic infected non-union of tibia Bone defect of 5 cm or more at the end of debridement Bone transport with Ilizarov external fixator

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant use of Masquelet technique Insensate foot or amputees Significant medical illnesses affecting bone healing or ambulation
