Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pulpally involved teeth with atleast 2/3rd of total root length remaining and requiring endodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grossly decayed teeth with root resorption of more than 2/3rd of total root length Teeth indicated for extraction Medically compromised children

To determine and assess the microbial count in infected root canals of primary teeth at baseline and after irrigation with Nanosilver Solution, Azadirachta indica, Sodium Hypochlorite and Normal Saline Timepoint: 1 week
